With the 5-years investment you and your family can freely enjoy the advantages of a Hungarian, that is, a European permanent resident permit, so you can travel freely in the Schengen visa zone in Europe, form companies or do business. 5 years after the initial money transfer, when the investment period ends, the EUR 300,000 you get the money back, but you have already a lifelong permanent resident status.
