What we do?
We prepare a contract between you and the investment agency of the government. When everything is prepared, you will have to sign the contract, either in our office in Dubai or by travelling to Hungary.
You will then have to transfer the EUR 300,000 investment sum and the EUR 60,000 government processing fee. The processing fee is set by the government, and covers the administrative expenses of the investment itself, but not the expenses related to the relocation, such as travel to Hungary, accommodation, or insurance.
You have to ill with our assistance the Program Application Form, we collect the required documents.
You have to sign the Investment Agreement, plus a Client Facilitator Agreement When you signed the Agreements, we will give you the wire instructions for the money transfer. When the money transfer has arrived to the bank account, we complete all documents.
We assist for you to submit the application to the Hungarian Embassy. You will receive a temporary residence card in one month.
After submiting the application you will get the permanent residency statuswithin a couple of weeks (including the dependent audult childrens and dependent old parents).
You have to come to Hungary to submit the application for the ID card and address card.
